Analytics, Session Recording, and Usage Data
We use PostHog (https://posthog.com, privacy: https://posthog.com/privacy) to collect product usage data to improve SS3D. With your consent, we collect:
Session recordings — screen activity replays to help us diagnose bugs and improve the user experience.
Usage events — page views, clicks, and custom events (downloads, retries, viewing time).
Identifiers — your user ID and email address, used to associate analytics with your account for debugging purposes.
Device/browser information — browser type, screen size, operating system.
PostHog sets cookies and uses local storage to maintain your session. Our application data is stored in EU West (AWS); PostHog analytics data is stored in PostHog Cloud EU (Frankfurt).
Legal basis (GDPR): Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). We ask for your consent before any analytics tracking begins. You can accept or reject tracking via the cookie consent banner shown on first visit.
Cookies: PostHog sets analytics cookies to identify your session. These are only set if you accept the consent banner. No analytics cookies are set if you reject.
Your rights: You may withdraw consent at any time via account settings or by re-accessing the consent banner. You may also request access to, deletion of, or export of your data. Contact support@kaedim3d.com or use the controls in account settings. When you withdraw consent, we stop all analytics tracking for your account immediately.
Retention: 90 days for event-level analytics data (PostHog). Usage signals stored in our database are retained for as long as they remain useful for product and model improvement. You may request deletion at any time.
Log Data
When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, other details about your visit, and technical details that occur in conjunction with any errors you may encounter.
Please be aware that while this information may not be personally identifying by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to personally identify individual persons.

PostHog Inc. — analytics and session recording processor. Receives user ID, email, and usage event data on our behalf. PostHog does not sell this data. Data Processing Agreement in place.
Stripe Inc. — payment processing. Handles payment information on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
Security of Your Personal Information
When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain this information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
Although we will do our best to protect the personal information you provide to us, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and no one can guarantee absolute data security. We will comply with laws applicable to us in respect of any data breach.
How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. Specific retention periods:
Analytics event data (PostHog): 90 days.
Usage signals (SS3D database): Retained for as long as they remain useful for product and model improvement. You may request deletion at any time.
Other personal information: Retained for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
Children's Privacy
We do not aim any of our products or services directly at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13.
International Transfers of Personal Information
Our application data is stored in EU West (AWS). PostHog analytics data is stored in PostHog Cloud EU (Frankfurt). Both remain within the EU/EEA for GDPR purposes.
Where other personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection law, including through appropriate safeguards.
California Residents — CCPA
We do not sell your personal information.
Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (user ID, email address), internet or other electronic network activity information (usage events, session recordings, pageviews).
